These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and The Little MerMates. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then We ask you to not place any orders with Us.

You CERTIFY that you are over the age of 18. The MerMates does not permit those under 18 to order from our website.

Placing Orders
By placing an order on this website, you certify that you are OVER THE AGE OF 18 & legally capable to enter a binding contract.

When placing an order on this site, you may be asked to supply certain information that will become relevant to your order including, but  not limited to: Your name, current mailing address, email address & telephone number.

 

Order Cancellation
You may not cancel an order for any of the following reasons:
-Found the item elsewhere for a cheaper price.

-Buyer’s Remorse

We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
• Availability of Goods- item was cancelled by Vendor
• Errors in the description
• Errors in Your Order such as Insufficient Email Address, Name, Address

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions are suspected.

 

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
Please read our Exchange Policy to learn more about what to do if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.  Your right to cancel an order will be based on your specific circumstance and the timeframe in which your request was received as We do not accept returns. If an exception is made, the goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

Refunds, Exchanges (for an items of equal value) and/or Credit (towards a future purchase) are ONLY applicable if the item or order has been canceled by THE MERMATES.

Please contact us at themermatescustomerservice@gmail.com to initiate a return.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item to us.

Returned items must include all the original packaging ( all labels, stickers, flags, straws, lids, straw toppers, etc..) and be in new and unused condition. Items that are returned to us damaged and/or not in the same condition as you received them, are not applicable for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used to place the order no later than 7 days from the date in which the returned item is received by our warehouse.

Refunds WILL NOT be issued for unforeseen delays on items or situations that are out of our control including but not limited to: Customs and/or Shipping Carrier delay; Carrier loss, global pandemic reasons, natural disasters, etc.…
